Ingredients
- 600g full-fat cream cheese
- 200g caster sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 300ml double cream
- 25g plain flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method
Heat the oven to 220C/200C fan and line a deep 20cm tin with baking paper.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add cream, flour, vanilla, and salt.
Pour into the tin and bake for 35-40 minutes until deeply browned and still wobbly.
Cool completely, then chill before serving.
