Ingredients

  • 300g cooked short-grain rice
  • 200g spinach
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 courgette, julienned
  • 150g bean sprouts
  • 200g minced beef or tofu
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 fried eggs
  • Sesame seeds

Method

Cook each vegetable briefly and season lightly with sesame oil and salt.

Cook beef or tofu with soy sauce until browned.

Spoon rice into bowls and arrange vegetables and protein on top.

Add a fried egg to each bowl.

Serve with gochujang and sesame seeds for mixing at the table.
