My first attempt at Lebanese Lemon Garlic Chicken Tawook was a success, with one small note for next time. I served the skewers in flatbreads instead of bulgur and would happily repeat them.
Sarah GoodallI enjoyed making Lebanese Lemon Garlic Chicken Tawook and the instructions behaved exactly as promised. Two hours gave plenty of flavour, and the allspice was subtle but distinctive.
steve4Lebanese Lemon Garlic Chicken Tawook earned a permanent place in my recipe folder. The yoghurt and lemon marinade kept the chicken tender even under a very hot grill.
