Ingredients

  • 400g cooked Japanese short-grain rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 80g cooked salmon or tuna mayo
  • 2 sheets nori, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce, optional

Method

Season warm rice lightly with salt.

Wet your hands and place rice in one palm.

Add a spoonful of filling and cover with more rice.

Shape firmly into triangles.

Wrap with nori strips and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
