Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150g raw prawns
- 200g mussels, cleaned
- 150g squid rings
- 100ml white wine
- Small handful parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested
Method
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
Meanwhile warm the oil and cook the garlic and chilli for 1 minute.
Add the tomatoes and wine, then simmer for 4 minutes.
Add the prawns, mussels, and squid. Cover and cook until the mussels open and the prawns turn pink.
Drain the pasta and toss through the seafood sauce with parsley and lemon zest.
