Ingredients

  • 650g tilapia or snapper fillets
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 300g cooked rice

Method

Check the fish for bones, pat it dry, and prepare the vegetables and sides before cooking.

Rub the fish with lime, garlic, paprika, cumin, and a little oil.

Grill or bake until the fish flakes easily.

Serve with tomato, onion, cucumber kachumbari and rice.
